Abstract Submission

• Abstracts should only be submitted via the Conference’s online submission system.  The presenting author should complete registration and payment for the inclusion of the abstract in the Program.  Each registered author is allowed to present a maximum of 2 abstracts, including podium and poster presentations.

• Each oral presentation will be 15 minutes in total, including a 12-minute talk and a 3-minute Q&A.  Please ensure that your slide is formatted in 16:9 (Widescreen) to use the maximum available space during the presentation.

1. Poster size: A1 (594mm width x 841mm height).  Please print and bring your poster to the designated location for display. 
2. Copyright policy
   • Please do not include materials that may be subject to pending patents and other intellectual property rights.
   • We also request that you acknowledge the sources properly when citing appropriate references for figures, charts and other materials which are not your original work.
